1. Processing and Dispatch Timeline
- Design Confirmation: Production begins immediately after explicit design confirmation and payment receipt from the customer.
- Dispatch Time: All standard domestic and international orders are dispatched within 2 business days following design confirmation.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Domestic Deliveries (Pan India): Delivered within 5 to 7 business days post-dispatch.
- International Deliveries: Delivered within 7 to 10 business days post-dispatch.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, a tracking ID and link will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp to help you monitor shipment progress in real time.
4. Shipping Address & Unsuccessful Delivery
